The FLRFI-PHD-2020 will help to develop and establish legal framework for a viable, strong and effective global civil society through the technical assistance of the ASBLP Group of Companies and Banks of ASBLP under the chairmanship of the Committee of 300 and sole holder and signatory HM, ASM. The expertist of our in-house staffs and global network of legal specialist and partnership with civil society representatatives, government officials, scholars and world leaders.
The FLRFI-PHD-2020 program area includes framework for civil sustainability, good governance, accountability, public-private parnership, self-governance, advocacy, public participation and educational program initiatives.
The FLRFI-PHD-2020 mission and activities as the international center for a non-profit and/or not for profit law. Promoting and enabling legal environment for a civil society, freedom of association with public participation arround the world. Incorporating several core values such as follows;
1. Reform result from an indigeneous and
transparency process.
2. Sustainability is achieved through capacity-building.
3. Program should incorporate public participation.
4. Healthy civil society features the principle of self-
governance, acccountability, availability,
sustainability and responsibility.

ACTIVITIES AND OPERATIONAL INFORMATION :
Recognizing the critical shortage of qualified nurses in the United States, the organization will provide scholarship grants, to nursing course, NECLEX and TOEFL/TSE, a Kaplan computer/ classroom review in order to qualify for employment within federally funded and operated facilities or non-profit acute hospitals and under serve medical facilities.
The Philippines and other third world countries have a large pool of trained and licensed nurses that can be utilized to reduce the shortage of nurses in the United States of America. This organization will seek government and private grants to fund scholarship that will :
A. Qualify Filipino nurses and as well as nurses from other foreign countries, such
as India and Africa.
B. To train, test and passed (NECLEX, TOEFL/TSE or IELTS) in order to apply as
a temporary working (H1B1) visa . Under the petition by sponsoring hospitals
and under serve facilities.
C. To retain an agency or Immigration Law Firm to process each
nurse petition under immigrant (EB3 / I-140) visa.
D. To transport nurses to and provide housing in the United States.
E. To provide actual training both hospital and classroom.
F. The petitioned nurses after completion of the all requirements will
commit/sign a two (2) years contract, with the employer, non-profit facility,
federally funded hospitals, facilities and under serve hospitals and other medical
services.
The organization will seek government grants. Professional fund raising will not be used. The officers of the Foundation will prepare grant proposal and submit them to government agencies and non-profit organizations that shares the same mission of this organization for funding.
